“How can I update my wardrobe for less?” No doubt - these are challenging time for many people. However, we still want to have a little sparkle in our lives; have some pizzazz. The easiest and least expensive way to update an outfit is by adding a piece of "bling" to it!
You can completely change an outfit with the right accessory. You can even dress up an old T-shirt and turn it into classy casual with the right piece. The key is color choice - color coordinate with the outfit, but it does not have to match exactly. And, all of the accessory pieces don’t have to be all "matchy matchy" either or part of the same set where the earrings, bracelet, necklace are the same design and color. Instead, mix it up! As long as the pieces are in the same color family, it's okay to wear different styles together.
Have you ever noticed that some things look better on you then others . . . or vice versa? There is actually an art to the way you wear things. Just like with the way certain clothes will flatter your figure, certain accessory shapes flatter different face shapes and neck lengths. Like if you have a round face, then oblong or rectangle earrings will flatter you best. Or if you have an oval face, then "V" and "Y" shaped necklaces will flatter you the best. Even with the metals, color plays a role. Gold and silver tones each compliment certain skin tones better.
Come join me and find your best Accessory Style. My accessory trainings are a whole lot of fun and you can get some great bling for spring. The next one is Wednesday, April 1st. And, there will be lots of free stuff to Spring you into Spring . . . and that's no April Fools joke!!!

Real Style Begins Within
I meet so many people lacking confidence these days. They tell me that when they look in the mirror they don’t see a fabulous woman or a worthy man. When you look in the mirror, do YOU see fabulousity each and every time? If not, it's easier to to fix than you think. It could be something as simple as a hair cut, or maybe new make up. It could be a new shirt in a color that you know is perfect for you. (And, looking your best does not have to cost a lot. Trust me . . . I've helped many women create a whole new wardrobe for less the $300.)
Start with something small . . .
- If you are a woman, maybe pick up a new lipstick or lip gloss; and then every time you put it on say a positive affirmation aloud to yourself no matter how ridiculous it sounds! Chose an affirmation that conveys something you are striving to be - - sexy, successful, beautiful, worthy, etc. Just look in the mirror, put you new lipstick on, and say “I AM BEAUTIFUL!” or "I AM SUCCESSFUL".
- If you are a man, you could get a new hair cut. (By the way, if you need a new style, I have the perfect hair stylist for you.) Look right in the mirror and say your affirmation aloud -- something like “I AM A STUNNINGLY HANDSOME MAN” or "I AM POWERFUL".
Bottom line, your image is important; but it it doesn't really matter how wonderfully put together your outfit is if you don't feel good about who you see in the mirror. Having style is not all only about what you see on the out side. Real style begins with what you feel on the inside!
So, what are you going to say to the fabulous person in YOUR mirror?
Wishing you peace, love and joy in your life :)

What is Great about you?
These days it seems that people feel a need to focus on the "don'ts" and the "didn'ts" - - what they don’t have or what they didn’t get done. But what about all the stuff that they DO have or that they DID get done??? I am telling you, it feels much better to focus on the good. And you know what? When you do, it seems like even more good stuff flows to you. Umm . . . maybe it's that Law of Attraction thing!
We all have those forever long to-do lists. How many of you at the end of they day sit there and go..."I didn’t get this done"; "I didn’t get that done"; "I didn’t have time to do that"? What is that doing to your mind and spirit? How about what you did get done? Something that I started doing and something that I want to share with you is my "I love me journal". This is a special part in my journal where I write down all the things I love about me! I focus on what I did get done; what i do have.
So at the end of everyday before bed, I repeat the statement “I love myself today because . . .”
Well, you get the idea.
Try it for 30 days - - just 30 days. See how much better you feel and the difference it makes in your life. And, then drop me a note and tell me about it. I'd love to hear from you!

- I love myself today because I made a post to my blog.
- I love myself today because I sent that email I’ve been waiting to send.
- I love myself because I contacted a new person.
- I love myself because I made a great dinner.
Well, you get the idea.

Do you know what your purpose is?
That is what I am pondering these days. Many of you know that I'm a pretty spiritual person. Lately, though, I've been feeling something missing from my life.
With all my travels and being sick, I hadn’t been to church or classes in a couple of weeks. So the other day I picked up a book and just began to read. I was reminded that I am here for a purpose --a purpose greater then myself. I feel that part of my task is to figure out my higher purpose, or God’s purpose if you will. I was also reminded to not dwell on the past and not look to far into the future. Because if I do, I could lose today. Sometimes I find myself spending A LOT of time on what I should have done when I spoke to that person; or what I could have done while I was on that business trip. Or, I start to think about what I am going to do a month from now to make the next trip better. By the time I review my past and have all the future stuff figured out, my today is gone!
Today, I remembered to concentrate on my purpose. It is one of the reasons I started my business in the first place: to bring strength and confidence to women through empowering their personal image.
