It’s crazy how life is and how “busy” we all get. "What the hell are we all so “busy” doing?", I find myself asking sometimes. I recently hired a part time assistant to help me get “un-busy” so I could get back to the parts of my business I love. I think sometimes when budgets are tight people cut back and let go of those things and people that help them most. Hmm, I ponder this concept. It seems to me that by doing “it all”, I got less done. I found myself working more on the tasking stuff of my business rather then working in my business growing it. The idea came to me that if I hired someone to get done in 10 hours per week that it seems to take me 20, then that is 20 extra hours a week I could be meeting clients and oh, dare I say it...actually make more money!
Tip of the Day: Make cut-back decisions carefully . . . sometimes when you cut back, you lose more then you gain.
